For us, this realization started close to home. The founders of PATH began not as consultants, but as trusted friends — helping family members and loved ones navigate the challenges of their businesses.
Today, PATH is a boutique consultancy with more than 10 years of experience advising the hospitality sector, while consistently honor our origin and the belief that every business owner needs an understanding, honest and dedicated friend in their corner.
Challenge?
Too often, we watched extraordinary founders burn out, and truly outstanding products never reach the customers who would have loved them — all because of weak marketing, disorganized operations, or uncontrolled finances.
